Can I play on a Mac?
No. At this time Pets Vs Monsters is not available on Mac.
My client crashed, what do I do?
First, please check that your internet connection is working.
You may have been disconnected from the server. Please wait a few minutes and try to run the game again. If the server is down a message will be displayed on the login screen.
I see weird graphical effects...
This is a beta and there are still some technical issues. The game has not been optimized for performance with all graphics cards. You can try updating your graphics drivers and restarting the game.
Will I get to keep my character?
No character data will be saved after the beta is finished.
I tried to log in and got the message "Could not connect to server". What does this mean?
This means that the game server is down. Please try to log in again later.
I didn't accept Funcom as a publisher and now I can't download the game. What do I do?
Close down your browser. Open a new one and navigate to www.petsvsmonsters.com. Click play and then select "always trust content from this publisher" to allow the game to download.
